Infrastructure Security
- All data encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Hosted on Cloudflare Workers — global edge network with built-in DDoS protection
- Document storage on Cloudflare R2 with isolated access per account
- Regular dependency and security updates
Authentication & Access
- Email and password authentication with secure hashing
- API key authentication for programmatic access (keys are hashed and cannot be retrieved after creation)
- Session tokens with 30-day expiration
- Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on registration and login
Data Security
- Documents are stored in Cloudflare R2 — only your account can access your uploads
- Extracted data stored in Cloudflare D1 with per-user isolation
- API rate limiting: 30 requests per minute per user
- Input validation on all API endpoints
Data Handling & Privacy
- Demo section shows a sample result — create a free account to upload and scan your own documents
- Authenticated uploads are stored so you can access them from your dashboard
- Your documents are never used to train AI models
- Your documents are never shared with third parties except Cloudflare (hosting/processing infrastructure)
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@godmanautomations.com
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not use your documents for AI model training
- We do not share your documents with other users or third parties
- We do not store payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe
